All flowers are hand-picked, pre-conditioned and arranged within 12-36 hours before pick-up or delivery.

By purchasing a flower subscription, for yourself or as a gift, you agree to the following terms and conditions as the recipient.
Once you have signed up and paid for your subscription membership in full, via PayPal or e-transfer, you have secured your flower subscription for the chosen term of the subscription offer.
Unless there is crop failure and bouquets are NOT received, there are no refunds, either full or partial, for cancellation of your subscription once purchased.
You understand that the start date of each seasonal subscription is flexible, and is based on seasonal conditions and product availability. Happy Acres Farm Muskoka will communicate via email to inform all members of the official start date.
It is YOUR responsibility to contact us via email at happyacresflowerfarm@gmail.com if you have not received a notification near the projected start date. In some cases, emails have been routed to Junk Mail folders, so please do ensure you check there first.
You understand that your bouquets will be available weekly at the designated pick up location during the listed operating hours. Pick up time parameters are set for the entirety of the season.
If you are out of town, or unable to pick up your flower bouquets for any reason, you understand that it is your responsibility to find a substitute to collect your bouquet.
If your bouquet is NOT picked up on the designated day, within the designated time, you will forfeit that bouquet and it will be donated at the discretion of the farm or partner pick-up location. You will not receive a credit or refund for any bouquets that are NOT picked up.
